I'm guessing you meant 2 such sized pans. I tried to bake in a single 8-inch and thought it looked rather full, but trusted it just wouldn't rise much. MISTAKE! Half-way through the baking cycle and there is overflow all over my oven. I don't even know if they'll be anything edible as it's also taking much longer to bake.
